Design Jeopardy Game Board Template

I want to design a template, so that my students can play Jeopardy through a
Power Point Presentation given my myself, the teacher. Can someone help me
with explaining how to design the template and then be able to use each
square in the template for a Jeopardy answer/question.
I appreciate any help that can be offered.

Don't reinvent the wheel. Search on google for Jeopardy PowerPoint, and
you will find several that are already made including some by some of the
experts in this group.
