I have a database that consists of a table containing my
subjects ID number and a lot of data collected when they
are first seen. A fairly long and complex list of products
is then stored for each subject. This can be from one
entry upto about 10 and there are lots of details selected
from drop down lists. This data is stored in a linked but
separate table (one to many relationship between this
table and 1st table). When the subject is next seen the
majority of data will be identical but one or two details
may need to be changed. I would like the form to show the
detail from the previous visit and allow it to be edited
before being stored for the next visit. I would also like
to be able to calculate and enter for subsequent visits
the number of months since the previous visit.
I am new to designing databases previously I have just
made slight changes to some exisiting Access databases.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
