Desk top windows should have a "move forward/backward" button.

I often have multiple windows open on the desk top. It is easier to access
them in the preferred sequence when they are arranged in a suitable order,
back to front. An option, like in most drawing functions, to move objects
forward or backward could be implemented for desk top windows too. In this
way they could be arranged quickly and easily without having to bring them
right to the front every time.

The topmost Window has the focus. Arrange the rest as you see fit as the
operating system doesn't care.
