Desktop Alerts Not Working (Outlook 2003)

Hi,

Problem number 2: !
I can't seem to get desktop alerts working, I have it activated and I
understand that it only works with the main mail account.

Any ideas anyone?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
