Desktop Icon disappears after upgrading to Outlook 2003

i was using outlook 2002. I upgraded it to Outlook 2003 and my desktop
Outlook icon got disappeared.

How to get the icon back? (not shortcut)

If you are on Windows XP, download and install the TweakUI Power Toy.
It allows you to control what system icons appear on your desktop.
