Desktop Icon

My son accidentally delted the Outlook icon from my desktop. How do I get it
back? I know I can add a shortcut (icon with the arrow on it), but I don't
want to do that. I would like to restore the desktop icon that does not have
the shortcut arrow. Any help is appreciated.
