Desktop is restricted site.

I just updated a WIN 98 workstation with IE 6 etc. from
the Update Web Page. When I try to open Norton Anti Virus
I get a message that says this Active X is restricted on
this page and program may not run correctly. This is my
desktop... If I lower the restricted sites to low security
in IE security tab things run fine. What has caused my
desktop to be considered restricted. Fix??? Any help
would be great.

Sorry this is the MS Access (the database program) newsgroup. Try
annexcafe.general.user2user or a Windows94 newsgroup.
