Desperate - Data Access Page

I have an access 2002 database on a website in an fpdb
folder. I have created a Data Access Page to be able to
edit this database from a web based interface..can't get
it to link to the database and if I do, then the options
at the bottom are not available, i.e. next record
etc...any suggestions?
