outlook newsgroup

Hi, I know how to generate a certificate for the webserver-but not how to do
it for Outlook. also after you generate the certificate how do you use it.
Is there a resource you can point me to? or tell me how you would do it?

What kind of certificate? This is a newsgroup for questions about Outlook forms, which don't use any certificates.
