occurred. MAPI is unable to load the information service BCMMS.DLL. Be sure
the service is currently installed and configured. What?

What do I need to do to get BCM up and running?

Be sure the service is currently installed and configured.
So did you?

Tried a repair on your installation already?
Otherwise, ask in a BCM newsgroup.
Also, don't forget to include your versions.
