GRRRR!
I spend HOURS creating a document, was working beautiful. I had a document
in word.
So, I opened a new document, and from a template where you put the name,
address, phone, e-mail,etc. I copied bits and pieces from that template AND
pasted it in the NEW openned document. I put the name and all other stuff
fine, then I copied what I did and inserted a new page and so forth. OK,
when I was happy with the result I saved as the name of the document that I
already had in my documents and when asked if I wanted to replace the file I
said YES! replae it! Well, much to my surprise, I can not openned the
document AT ALL. I tried to oppen the template that I had openned to use, I
don't know specifically which template is. I searched for ALL documents
created yesterday and I can not see anything related other than two similar
templates AND I opened those and then try to oppened my document and NOTHING!
GRRRR

Can ANY one help me with this? I'm running MS Word 2002 SP3, Windows XP, I
don't have norton, and the file is on the HD. I even saved it on the jump
drive to try open it on another PC BUT no Such luck! WHAT HAPPENED? WHAT DID
I DO? And now I also lost my OLD document, can I recover it some how?
probably not!

ANY help would be immensely appreciated!

The document or path is not valid. Try these suggestions, * Check the file
permissions for the document or drive, * Use the File Open dialog box to
locate the document.

If you downloaded this template from Word's Template Gallery and did not
specifically save it in your user templates folder, then it and any
variation of it that you saved (unless you used Save As and saved to My
Documents or some other documents folder) were saved in a temp folder and
deleted when you quit Word.

I hate when that happens.
Still worth looking in the temp folder though...you neva know!
