Destination not printing on envelopes

My User can't print to her envelopes. I have tried keying in the delivery
and return information on her PC but nothing comes out on the envelope. I
can print if I use the address book for delivery and return. It is some
setting she has changed on her PC.

See if documents created from the envelope templates you can download from
my web site will print. If they will, chances are that the Envelope
Address/Return paragraph styles have a hidden font attribute or are set to
white colour. Several users have reported envelope problems with Word 2007.
I don't know if there is a standard cure.
