Detach navigation bar

How do I detach the navigation bar? I add a privacy policy page and want that
link to go at the bottom of my home page. Can you detach the navigation bar.

When you insert a page, look closely at the dialog that comes up. There will
be a check box to include the new page in the navbar...just uncheck it. Then
build your own link.
