Detail repeats for each record.

The information in my detail section is repeating for each record. How do I
prevent this? Thank you.

Isn't that how it's supposed to work where you see each record displayed in
your report? If the records are repeating multiple times then I expect your
report's record source query is wrong. Have you viewed the datasheet view of
your record source?

Also, are there any subreports that you haven't mentioned?

Duane, thank you for responding. As I was waiting for a response to my
question, I found that it was answered previously. I'm new to Access, so I
didn't provide you with all the information that was needed. The report
contains all calculations, so everything has to go in the page header
section. Thanks for responding. I'm learning a lot by reading the posts.
