Detailed InfoPath Custom Merging Information

I would like to know if anyone in this group has ever come across good
information regarding custom merging in InfoPath. Some of the merging
that I would like to do is not very simple and there is not a lot of
documentation on InfoPath itself. On Microsoft's own web site
including MSDN there is not a lot of tutorials or other information.
Any information would be great.

Yea, I have done a ton of searching on Google and can not find the
information that I have been looking for. I am looking for information
that gets into the details of custom merging using XSLT and C#. As of
right now it looks like most of the merging that needs to be done will
need to be done in C#, but there is really not a lot of information
that describes the best method to integrate C# into InfoPath.
