To update all of your information at home, simply copy the .pst file from work on your last day and take it home, then open it in Outlook on your home pc. Easiest method around. Avoids questions that may confuse with the answers as well.
Once opened, drag and drop items from the work .pst file to the home ..pst file. When done, close the now useless work .pst file.
Depending on the size, you may want to burn the .pst file to a CD. Ensure that Outlook is COMPLETELY closed beforehand to avoid corruption (use task manager to close any remaining instances of Outlook, if there are any.)
