Details missing in offline address book

Due to some extreme slowness issues with my company's exchange server,
I've started to run Outlook in offline mode.

This is normally not done, and probably not supported in my company.

When doing this, everything works as expected, except I noticed that
the address book in this mode is incomplete. It is missing all the
detailed information that is avaialble in online mode.

I went to the "send and receive" settings and changed the download
option to "full details", and I tried deleting all the OAB files on my
computer and redownloading, and there was still no improvement.

Is there something I am doing wrong? Or is there something that needs
to be configured server side to get the full OAB details working
correctly?
