Detect a key press when starting a macro

I've got macros for moving email to specific folders and separate macro
to easily open those folders. The "move" macros are invoked with
custom toolbar. Neither set of macros use function keys for starting.

I'd like to merge the macros so that when I click on the toolbar, I ge
the move functionality but if I ctrl-left click (for example) the macr
executes the open function.

I'm not a serious coder and don't have a great depth of knowledge on th
Outlook 2010 object model so I'm hoping someone can point me in th
right direction.
