Detecting if task not supervised

I have a 6 week training class with one instructor. A training supervisor
must be available at all times but there will be several superviser who will
run sequencially. How can I identify if in planning, a gap has opened in the
supervision, that a supervisor has left the task before another supervisor
has taken over? Can the gap be identified by a color or some other means so
it stands out?

Hi Bob,
Try the following:
Create a task for each supervisor activity.
Double click such a task to open the Task Information dialog
On ther General tab, check the "Rollup Gant bar to summary" box
On the Summary task, you must have checked the Show rolled up Gantt bars box
