Determine if user is connected

Hey everyone,

I was wondering if there is a way in MSP 2002 to use VBA
to see if a user is connected to a server. My program is
supposed automatically publish certain changes to the
project. I already have a few lines of code to do so, but
I would like to check if the user is connected first.
