Is there a way I can determine how many installs Ive made with Office 2003
Student and Teacher Edition without attempting another install? You're
allowed 3, but I dont know whether Ive reached that limit or not.

No you are not allowed *3 installs* you are allowed to install it on 3
working PC's
You can install as often as you need provided its not on more than 3
*working* PC's at any one time

Okay, then let me reword the question PFFT!!

Is there a way I can determine how many computers ive installed Office 2003
Student and Teacher Edition without attempting another install? You're
allowed 3, but I dont know whether Ive reached that limit or not.

MS tech support just suggests to install it again which I dont want, in case
I burn up the last opportunity to put it in a pc.

Hi Frosty,

Yes, you check the PCs on which you might have the app installed and physically count the ones that do. The installation media
doesn't keep a record and, even if it did, it would then need to know how many uninstalls you'd done so that a progressive tally
could be kept.

But would Microsoft know how many installs theres been?

Hi Frosty,

MS would probably have recorded how many Activations have been done, though re-activation following a reinstall on the same PC
shouldn't be an issue.
