Is there a way in Outlook (XP) to determine what distribution lists
contact belongs to. We currently have about 1000 contacts, with abou
30 distribution lists. When my boss asks what groups 'joe shmoe' is
member of, it is a little infeasable to view contacts on each and ever
list. Likewise it is infeasable to go through and manually edit eac
contact to add groups to sort by.
Now I know that Outlook Express has this feature, however, I cant see
to find it in Outlook. Can anyone help?
Is there any third-party software that will parse both the distributio
lists and the contacts and generate matches?
I would write something, but I just don't have the time.
Thanks in advance
