Develop a PDA version of OneNote that allows syncing pc/PDA

I live on my laptop and my HP iPaq. I take notes on both. I love OneNote on
my PC but I need it on both. My only solution is notes in Outlook but I hate
it. OneNote is a better solution..

yet on PPC support.

Where can I find OneNote for Smartphone?
Is it available yet?
If not, any idea when it may be available?
This would be the single greatest feature that could be added...the abaility
to use ON on both my Smartphone and my main computer...WOW!
