Develop an automatic table of ZipCode --> City & State.

It's silly to enter "Rancho Santa Margarita" "CA" or any other long
city-state name. Why doesn't Outlook provide an automatically generated
table of "ZipCode, City, State" to automatically add City & State for any
given Zip Code. Of course the Contact screen must be re-arranged to enter
Zip first, and then the screen must automatically populate the City and State
fields. For zips with two or more city names (like "Bel Air" instead of "Los
Angeles"), it should be easy to present the drop-down alternatives to choose
from.

This must be extremely difficult to implement, or some other idiot would
have done it by now.
