Develop VB Form

I am using Visio2007 and would like to develop the design of a VB form
(e.g., field locations, combo box entries, text box locations). The
purpose is to quickly layout the form and submit it to others to get
feedback on the design.

I thought from previous versions of Visio that there was a VB form
stencil set; however, I cannot find this in Visio2007.

Does this exist, and if so, where can I find it? And, if it doesn't
exist, is there a simple download of these graphics that I can use?

I think these stencils are in the Professional version, do a shape
search for 'combo box' brings up some suitable shapes though. (you
need to have internet search enabled).
