Developer Addition Update

Direct Access Grouips

I'm trying to install XP office developer and it is asking for "Windows
Component Update" and is looking for a CD. I don't have a clue as to what
this is. Can you help?

I've gone to windows update and think I've installed everything available.

"Windows components installed on your computer don't match the version
required for Office XP Developer"
