Developer Extensions dte80.olb

Hello i have had this database that i have been building for a while and i
just incorporated developer extensions to my database and now when i install
it on another Computerx86 i get a cant find dte80.olb I don't get that on
the machine i normally use which is a x64 would that make the difference or
what exactly causes the dte80.olb problem and is there any way to fix this
problem so i can install it on any computer
