DEVELOPING NEW WORD WIZARDS/TEMPLATES

Hi Everyone,

Can anyone help me. I need to design my own word wizards/templates.
I am at a loss as to how to do this. Any help or directions to help
would be greatly appreciated. I need it for a 15 page questionnaire
and also a medical report where I need to input pathology results.

Your question is too broad to answer. Begin by reviewing the following
topics in the Word help, then come back with specific questions:

About forms

Insert fields in forms

A "Wizard" is a form with some underlying logic. It is not possible to make
them in Mac Word, you need to use PC Word for that, and advanced
programming.

However, it is rare to actually need a "Wizard" to do what I think you are
doing. An ordinary template with a few embedded form fields will almost
certainly be all you need, and it's a lot easier to create and maintain.
