Developing on 2003, running on 2002

[NNlogistics]

I have been developing an application on office 2003 and running on office
2002. Both File structures are 2000. I haven't had any problems until
recently.

When I open the front end on the 2002 system, which opens a Main Menu
Form(frmMainMenu)
'An error occurred while trying to load Form_frmOrder'
Do you want to continue loading project?

frmOrder is opened using a command button on frmMainMenu

When I say yes
'Invalid Procedure Call or Argument'

If I try to 'Complie' I get the same error - 'Invalid Procedure Call or
Argument'

Not sure how to proceed.

Did you apply the Office 2003 Service Pack 3 and the HotFix as well?
