Developing Plug-ins using .net framework API?

ReCCa

Hello, this is my first post, I hope I will not mess up.

As I am using .net & visual studio 2003, I was wondering if it is possible
to integrate & develope plugins/add functionality to OneNote using visual
studio?

I am a student and doing this for myself as I like to add some cool function
to speed up my work , for example:

1- Favorites or quick shorcuts to Specific sections/folders for very fast
entry
2- Adding "Insert hyperlink.." to Insert menu
and some other..

I thought it is possible to program for word/outlook for example, but do not
know about OneNote as I am new to it

Your feedback is much apprecaited =)

Thanks,

MS has not yet provided access to the full object model for OneNote so
there isn't a lot you can do yet beyond the kinds of things that the
PowerTools are doing already.
