development tool equivalent for 2002

All,

I need to take an database from Access and make it a
stand alone application. In earlier versions of Access
you could buy The development Tool Kit, what is its
equivalent for Access 2002.

Office Professional XP - Developer's Edition is the package you would need
to create a runtime installation allowing a database application to be run
on computers without a full install of Access 2002.

The developer tools portion is not sold separately, however, so you would
need to purchase the full suite. If you currently own and have the
installation media for Office 97 or Office 2000, you can get a price break
by purchasing the Upgrade version.
