Development Tracking (2nd post)

I am to developing an application in Access 2003. I am
looking for an easy, simple, way to track and record the
changes, versions, etc. that is made during this
development. Can somone recommend a form, process or
program to be used to track this process?

In one project, I had a front-end tblVersion, with VersionNumber, ChangesBy,
ChangeDate, and a memo field for Changes.
On the application's Switchboard, I displayed the last VersionNumber.
It worked great -
as long as I remembered to keep the table updated!
