DHTML Drop Down Menu

HELP!!! I am creating a website on publisher 2007 and I am having trouble
inserting the sothink drop down menu I created. I am very new at this and I
have been trying to understand how to insert for 2 days. The menu is done
and the web design is done. Can someone tell me the steps on how to get this
to insert?

Insert > HTML code fragment. You can use Ctrl + V to paste your code snippet
into the code fragment box. Size and position the code fragment box as
needed.
