Diagnostics Problem

I start Office 2007 Diagnostics because a pop-up tells me Office is crashing
too often. After it runs through everything it tells me that the update
diagnostic cannot be run because of settings with my privacy preferences.

I disabled the firewall, allowed EVERYTHING, ran it again, and still the
same problem.

Any ideas on how I can run the diagnostic tests so that it checks everything?

Try this:
In a ribbon app (e.g Word)

Office button->Application Options->Trust Center->Trust Center Settings->Privacy Options Check the "Download a file periodically that helps determine system problems" option.

In a non-ribbon app (e.g. Outlook, Publisher):

Tools->Trust Center->Privacy Options

Check the "Download a file periodically that helps determine system problems" option.
