Diagonal borders don't line up

I have used the diagonal border for the corners of my table (since you can't do a rounded border). But I can't figure out if there is a reason why the border is not seamless. It doesn't connect well to the vertical border on the cell above it, on the right side of the ascending diagonal, and sometimes not on the left side of the descending diagonal. It makes it look pretty unprofessional. Is there a way to correct that?

I agree with your assessment only if you are describing
the on-screen display.

I find that it Prints correctly.

No... the on-screen display is even worse, but the print-out is a little off too. There are tiny gaps and/or lines sticking out.

G'Day again!

The only thing I can suggest is that you upgrade
your printer driver.

I wonder if anyone else has had a similar issue.

Hmm... interesting suggestion. I wonder. The issue carried over when I tried turning the document into a .pdf, and it also carried over to the proof I got back from the proffessional print shop I sent the Word document to. So I think it is most likely not the printer. Sounds like maybe a glitch?

Hi again!

I have tried producing a PDF, and it messes up completely!!

But I got no answers.
