When I open Visio 2003 it always has the Custom property sheet and template
help open. If I turn them off when I open again they always come back open.
Any ideas on how to trun them off.

Just do a Save with these windows turned off. You may need to make
some small change to the diagram, like edit some of the text and then
put it back to how it was or add a shape and then delete it..
