Dial Up Networking Box

Hi I have two problems. One is that I have a dial up networking box that
appears every time I open Outlook or OE. This refers to ebay and Daemon and
if I click on it to dial it tells me I have the wrong information but if I
try to close it or Cancel it I can't. This is a legacy of an eBay toolbar
that I have erased. I know not why it appears as a Dial Up box as I have ever
used eBay or any of its associates as an ISP.
However the ISP I do use no longer opens a Dial up Box. I have to log on
from the desk top. These problems are related I know. If you could tell me
the file name or extension of these Boxes then I could search find and
destroy this eBay menace!

Your Internet Explorer Connections settings needs updating. Tools, Internet
Options, connections tab--make the changes there. Reconfigure the dialup
properties or use the Setup wizard. You should also uninstall the ebay
toolbar using Add/remove programs.

Thanks Mary. You were right about the IE part and I have sorted that but the
eBay toolbar is not a program so i can't remove it from the add and remove
programs. Id I try to remove eBay it won't let me for some reason?
