I have a customer with a Dell laptop - XP Pro SP1, running Office 2003. She
uses an AOL dial-up account when away from the office. When in the office
she uses the DSL line on their LAN. When she is in the office and clicks on
a URL in a message, the AOL dial-up pops up. If she opens Outlook through IE
with the "Mail" icon on the toolbar, it works just fine. Is there a setting
in Outlook that I've overlooked? IE is set to "never dial a connection.
Thanks
