Dialing Contacts from Outlook

I get error message "Unable to complete an operation requested by the
automatic dialer. Please make sure your modem, phone, and phone line are
properly configured."

I send faxes from Win Fax PRO using this modem and line with no problem.

I have checked the Line Properties, and Dialing properties. They appear to
be okay.

I am using a DSL connection for my browser, Office XP (Outlook 2002),
Windows XP.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
