Dialog Box Error

Need Help with a Word error message.

Everytime I attempt to open a saved word document, I get the below message
before it opens.

The only option it gives with this message is the ok icon, which I
click. After clicking OK I am able to access the document fine, but I was
wondering if anyone knew how to remove this message. It only occurs with
saved documents. If I open a blank word document I don't receive this error
message.

Since I am only moderately computer literate, could you please explian the
solution to me in easy step by step instructions.

"The Command Line cannot be performed becuase a dialog box is open. Click
OK, and then close open dialog boxes to continue".

If you have Norton Anti Virus, disable the Office Plug in NAV.
