DIALOG BOX KEEPS POPPING UP

Everytime I open up Outlook I get the following dialog box:

C:\documents and Settings\owner\Application
Data\Mircrosoft\Addins\wfoldadin.dll

When I follow the above path, the wfoldadin.dll is not in the Addins for me
to eliminate.

Any suggestions. I recently deleted Winfax Pro from my system and I fear
that this is a residual left over. I search,did a regedit and checked
Msconfig and could not find it anywhere. Any suggestions would be
appreciated.
