dialog box launch button as whole bar below group

Below each group on the ribbon is a bar with a dialog box launch button on
the far right. Other than that tiny button the bar has no function. But it
seems that the whole bar could be clickable, saving quite a bit of time and
patience navigating the pointer to launch the dialog box.

Actually, the title of the group does have a function. If you right-click
the group title and then click "Add to Quick Access Toolbar" the entire
group will be added which can be very convenient You can also right-click
the dialog box launcher and add it to your Quick Access Toolbar which
provides you with the ability to use a larger button to open the dialog box
and you don't need to be as precise with the mouse pointer. That being the
case, if the entire group title were "clickable" then you wouldn't be able
to add the entire group. Instead you'd add the dialog box. Personally I'd
rather have the choice. BUT I do agree that tiny button could stand to be a
little larger. :)
