dialog box open

Application error message:

The command cannot be performed because a dialog box is open....

This is something that just stated happening. I have no idea why. Word
2003 is part of the full office suite and is as updated as you can get. Any
suggestions?

Thanks...i think that will work...can I ask another queston unrelated?!

Is there a way to avoid always looking for a font in a huge drop down list?
Can your favorites be put in a seperate folder or area so that they can be
easily accessed?
