dialog boxes behind document

Greetings!
I just installed XP Office and noticed something odd. Dialogue boxes (ie.
when saving or printing a file) open up behind the document, meaning I have
to go to the task bar to bring up the save as or printing dialogue boxes.
Those boxes should pop up in front of the document.
How do I fix this?

Hi John,

If you're running Norton AV, disable its Office plug-in, which causes this
problem (see http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=kb;en-us;243579).
