Dialog/Control Help

I am trying to create a dialog box in Word (2003) that will allow me to
select a large picture and then select the portion of the picture that
I want to insert into the document. Since the size of the picture will
generally be fixed. I was thinking the selection process would involve
moving a fixed size frame around the picture to enclose the desired
area.

I think I can handle the file selection dialog box and the actual
cropping and insertion of the image, but I am unsure about how to
proceed with the dialog box. Could someone point me towards a simialr
dialog that can be modified or some other place that can help me get
started?
