Dialog window fonts too large

Have a problem with Office 2003 Pro, in all Office 2003 applications the
dialog box (ie. Tools>Options but other too) text appears to be too big; so
that parts of the dialog box gets cut off, even Tabs go missing!?

I also have Viso 2002 on the system and the dialog boxes in it are okay, and
the system dialog boxes are fine.

System is XP Pro, SP2.

I have searched the web already and have found other people with the same
issue but no fixes... Any thoughts on how to fix this?

This could be caused by an incorrect or corrupt Tahoma font. Try
removing it and installing the Tahoma font again from the Fonts
available in the Office 2003 installation CD.
