Dialog Window Only

Hello.

I am in the process of setting up a new database. I was
looking around for some templates to help me with how to
make it look graphically. I have come across a few in my
travels where the entire database is enclosed in what
looks to be a dialog box - i.e. the database itself takes
up only about 1/3 of the screen and does not have any menu
buttons, nor does it have any of the MS Access application
attributes. I was wondering how this is done or whether
or not it was even an Access database that I was looking
at.

Thanks in advance,

C

this is done in the setup start menu. you can set access
to only open in form view or table view. Then set all the
options so that the user can not get to the standard
menus. Just make sure that you know how to get past the
start settings or else you will set it and then not be
able to change it afterwards. There is the possibility
that this was not access also though. But you can do it
with this tool.
