Dialup error 0x8004011D

I have Outlook 2002 on my laptop and Exchange 5.5 on the server. I am trying
to dial up into our RAS server to download my email and I get an error

"Task 'Microsoft Exchange Server' sending and receiving reported error
(0x8004011D). The server is not available. Contact your administrator if
the condition persists".

Anyone have any ideas?

What did your Exchange Administrator say when you contacted him/her?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, (e-mail address removed) asked:

Hi:

Thanks for answering so quickly. She doesn't know either. We actually have
it working on one laptop and have spent awhile comparing the two laptops with
no success.

I've searched this site and others on google with no luck.

Any help you can give would be appreciated.
