Dictionaries and Powerpoint

In WORD I have an auxiliary dictionary in a second language. Therefore
I have no problem in writing in either language.

However, in PP there does not seem to be a facilty to enable the same
dictionaries I use in WORD, hence I am stuck with English and
everything else is marked up as a spelling error. To say the least it
is annoying, and also distracting.

Why doesn't PP work in the same way as WORD - after all they are part
of the same OFFICE 2004 package?

Any suggestions ...

Are you talking about the Custom dictionaries (in which case it's ture
and it's a real pain) or the spelling tools ?? You still have the
possibility to use the spelling checker in any of the supported
languages through Tools:Languages…

Yes, I'm talking about Custom dictionaries. The problem is of course
that my other language is unsupported - "Gàidhlig" / gd / Scottish
Gaelic.

I think I am stuck - short of preparing text in WORD and pasting it
into PP. I was trying to get some songs ready for a school choir and
it's a lot easier for them to look at the Electronic White Board than
to rustle papers.

I see... this is bad then :-(
