dictionary/encyclopedia feature in Word 2003 Office

I am unable to use the dictionary and encyclopedia within any software of my
Office 2003 Student Version. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have
used add/change. I have verified that I am the admistrator. I have
reinstalled to setup for all to run on my computer. And, yet from any
program when I click Tools - Research - all I see is a Thesaurus. No listings
show to add options. And, I do NOT have internet access for this computer to
download. I receive no error messages when installing or using the
softwares. Any help out here??
